We are going create e learning course for the senior citizen wo are ready to learn on their old age. With on-demand access to established experts and guided e-learning at their fingertips, senior living professionals are empowered to grow our community and lift the industry to a higher standard.

RESEARCH
The client has requested the creation of an e-learning course specifically designed for older adults, aimed at enhancing their understanding and skills in Active Listening. The course will provide engaging, accessible content to help them grasp the importance of Active Listening, its benefits, and practical techniques they can apply in everyday interactions. The design will prioritize simplicity, clarity, and user-friendly navigation to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience effectively.
Through our research, we gained valuable insights into the diverse learning preferences and challenges faced by older adults. Using this understanding, we designed the course to be both visually appealing and easy to navigate, with clear, simple content that supports accessibility. We focused on reducing cognitive load and ensuring readability, taking into account factors such as font legibility and visual design. The goal was to create an engaging and supportive learning experience that caters to the specific needs of older learners, making the content more approachable and easier to understand.
